Mark Predicts ‘Melting Stones’

This is a frightening thing to do, and I am justifiably terrified of what I am about to do. YET I DO IT ALL FOR YOU.

So here’s the thing: I didn’t even know this post was supposed to happen until I glanced at my schedule. I have prepared for about thirty seconds before beginning to type here, and I guarantee you, it didn’t help. Truth be told? I don’t know shit about Melting Stones. Like the previous book, no one even spoiled like… a word in it. I assume “melting” and “stones” will be in it at some point? Maybe?

Here goes nothing:

  1. Let’s start with some easy shit. All four characters will be back in Emelan at the opening of the book
  2. I predict that all four of them have a single house and it’s the one Daja bought.
  3. However, Sandry spends a lot of time with Duke Vedris.
  4. We’ll have a reference to The Will of the Empress within the first chapter.
  5. We’ll get scenes at Discipline!
  6. Rosethorn and Lark will at one point, either separately or together, talk about their relationship with each other.
  7. Daja will not find anyone to date in this book.
  8. But Briar will.
  9. I predict that this book centers around Evvy, given that she has stone magic. She’s now in Winding Circle, and there’s a ~mystery.~
  10. I think that Briar and Rosethorn will be the other primary characters.
  11. At one point, I will look at the camera and tell you all how fucked up you are.
  12. Stones that melt? I DON’T FUCKING KNOW.

Reviews for Melting Stones begin this Thursday!
